Rashad Saab – Construction Manager
Rashad has 25 years experience in the construction industry working on a variety of construction projects in that time. He is able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with versaility, confidence and capability and is above all a confident communicator who is able to work well with all stakeholders on a project. He is able to understand the wider picture and has earned a reputation as someone who delivers exceptional results. Rashad’s professional qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a certificate IV in Construction and a Diploma in Building. Rashad is also a member of the Master Builders Association.
Greg Morris – Site Manager
Greg has 16 years experience in the construction industry in Australia and overseas. Greg’s attention to detail and experience ensures that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. His role as a Site Manager includes supervision, planning and scheduling, quality control, OHS and site administration. Greg has been with Tazman since 2013 and is a trade qualified Carpenter.
Edwin Li – Estimator/Contracts Administrator
Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney and has firsthand experience in creating detailed tenders, tailored to the requirements of clients. His role includes estimating, tendering, contracts/office administration and assisting with construction management throughout the course of live projects.
