This extensive 3 story renovation project overlooking Tamarama Beach includes a newly renovated pool, timber veneer joinery, timber cladding, composite decking, engineered timber staircases and a custom stainless-steel chin up bar.
The existing subfloor was excavated back into rock with a new stormwater system installed to divert water and moisture away from the living areas. Transformed into an entertainment area with ocean views, the mid level comprises of corner sliding doors which open up to a new outdoor BBQ area with low maintenance composite decking, an internal bar hidden away behind expertly crafted timber veneer joinery and a fireplace surrounded in stone cladding. The upper level displays a montage of carefully constructed carpentry works incorporating a thermally modified timber cladded garage door, timber cladded ceilings, soffits, internal walls, doors, eaves and front fence.
In consultation with the Architect, the smallest details were discussed and considered every step of the way from the start of the project which resulted in a fantastic build.
