This beautiful renovated home originally consisted of two buildings joined together by central link overlooking Palm Beach towards the North. The 8m slope from front to rear of site together with an inconsistent rock shelf was a challenge constructing this home. The Architect Team 2 designs objective was to create a vertical circulation into the centre of the house, creating a naturally ventilated triple height gallery space.
