Rashad Saab – Construction Manager

Rashad_TazmanRashad has 19 years experience in the construction industry working on a variety of construction projects in that time. He is able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with versaility, confidence and  capability and is above all a confident communicator who is able to work well with all stakeholders on a project. He is able to understand the wider picture and has earned a reputation as someone who delivers  exceptional results. Rashad’s professional qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a certificate IV in Construction and a Diploma in  Building. Rashad is also a member of the Master Builders Association.

Nick Musarevski – Contracts and Estimating Manager

Nick_MusarevskiNick has significant hands on experience in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration with work on projects of various sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500m in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Government sectors. Having both worked in the public and private sectors for many years, Nick has a well-rounded set of skills and attention to detail that enable him to deliver successful outcomes. Nick has a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a diploma in Civil Engineering. Nick is also a corporate member of the Australian Institute Of Quantity Surveyors.

Greg Morris – Site Manager

Greg_MorrisGreg has 14 years experience in the construction industry in Australia and overseas. Greg’s attention to detail and experience ensures that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality  standards. His role as a Site Manager includes supervision, planning and scheduling, quality control, OHS and site administration. Greg is a trade qualified Carpenter.

Lee Warren – Leading Hand

Lee_Warren Lee has 20 years experience in the construction industry in Australia and New Zealand. He is an all-rounder with a can-do attitude. Before joining Tazman Constructions, Lee worked in New Zealand on a variety of residential projects and brings with him a wealth of experience. Lee is currently undertaking a Certificate III in construction with the Master Builders Association.
